GATES OPEN TYPICALLY 1 HOUR PRIOR TO SHOW, HOWEVER, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TICKET FOR GATE AND SHOW START TIMES.

large & oversized vehicles:

LARGER ALLOWED VEHICLES WILL BE PARKED ON THE SIDES TO ACHIEVE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND BEST POSSIBLE STAGE AND/OR VIDEO SCREEN VISIBILITY FOR ALL ATTENDEES.

•    Sprinter vans
•    Winnebagos/RVs

•    Any vehicle that is above 7' high

ticketing:

Tickets are sold "by vehicle", not per person. There is 4-personoccupancy per vehicle. You may add up to 2 additional passengers with the purchase of your vehicle ticket for a maximum of 6 people per vehicle. There MUST be a legal seat and seatbelt for every passenger inside the vehicle. 

This is an OUTDOOR EVENT, and happens RAIN OR SHINE. Venue will direct parking of vehicles in a fashion to achieve social distancing & the best stage and/or video screen visibility per section purchased.

 
Everyone who is a part of your vehicle, including any additional added passengers, must arrive in the same vehicle, at the same time. No one is permitted entry if they arrive by walking up, and are not permitted entry if they do not have a vehicle ticket.Tickets are available on-line only through the event website Sussex County Live Website or TicketWeb

sound:

We will have a festival style audio PA system in place for the shows. So plan on either rolling down your windows or enjoying the show from your dedicated tailgate space while you listen to the performances LIVE on stage! Music will also be broadcast on an FM station if you choose to stay WITHIN in your vehicle.

tailgate area:

You will be allowed to place chairs on the side of your vehicle or on your truck bed as long as you don’t exceed the designated area assigned to your vehicle. Masks are required (and will be monitored) whenever you are outside of your vehicle. No exceptions.

Designated spaces outside your vehicle that comply fully with social distancing guidelines will be available for patrons to enjoy the event from outside of their vehicle, either with chairs or withintheir truck bed. Guidelines are enforced and you MUST WEAR A MASK at all times when outside your vehicle. If a patron decides to stand or sit outside of their vehicle, they MUST stay within their designated space and co-mingling amongst other spaces is STRICTLY prohibited. To remain in full compliance of all state and CDC guidelines, areas will be monitored with no exceptions.

parking spot:

Each “Section Ticket” comes with one spot for your vehicle, and an extra designated area to stand, put a chair out, or tailgate outside of your vehicle. 

PARKING SPACES ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. SPACE DESIGNATION WITHIN YOUR TICKET’S SECTION IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE PARKING STAFF TO ENSURE VISIBILITY FOR ALL.

Masks MUST be worn AT ALL TIMES WHEN you’re outside of your vehicle. Wear your favorite concert attire, pajamas or costume, and a mask to match!
