MAY I GET OUT OF MY CAR?

YOU MAY EXIT YOUR VEHICLE AND ENJOY THE MUSIC FROM YOUR DESIGNATED TAILGATING AREA, All guests are required to wear masks at all times when they are away from car space. Masks NEED TO BE worn at all times, even in tailgating areas when not eating or drinking.

food & beverage

You are welcome TO bring a cooler with snacks and beverages. No outside alcohol permitted. Alcohol will be available for purchase within the venue.

Trash & refuse?

in order to keep our environment clean and safe, we are instituting a “leave no footprint policy” Please take your trash with you.

NOT ALLOWED

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Illegal substances (including narcotics) or drug paraphernalia

  • Kites, flags, flagpoles

  • Objects that can be used as projectiles such as glow sticks, poi balls, etc.

  • Glass containers

  • BBQ'S

  • PROPANE

  • FIRE PITS

  • Large posters or signs

  • Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles or any kind

  • Large chains or spiked jewelry 

  • Fireworks, sparklers

  • Large umbrellas

  • Tents and canopies 

  • Video recording equipment (except to approved personnel)

  • Audio recording Equip (Except to approved personnel)

  • Professional camera equipment (except to approved personnel)

  • Tripods, monopods

  • Drones

  • Audio recording equipment

  • Soccer balls, footballs, frisbees, etc.

  • Focused light devices, including laser pointers

  • Items intended for sale

  • Water guns, balloons, etc.

  • Pets (except service animals)

  • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

  • Any additional items that can endanger the safety of OTHERS

 

DO CHILDREN GET IN FREE?

All Children 2 and under do not need a ticket, but will be counted as part of the vehicle maximum.

 

MAY I SMOKE OR VAPE?

Smoking OR VAPING in the FAIRGROUNDS is not permitted.

MAY I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a show has been cancelled.

MAY I ARRIVE SEPARATELY FROM MY GROUP? No. You must arrive and leave with your party.Everyone who is a part of your vehicle, including any additional added passengers, must arrive in the same vehicle, at the same time. No one is permitted entry if they arrive by walking up, and are not permitted entry if they do not have a vehicle ticket.

WEATHER

SHOW GOES ON RAIN OR SHINE!  EXPECT COOL WEATHER, DRESS IN LAYERS OR BRING WARM ATTIRE. 

 

WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE GATE?

Due to the overwhelming response we expect all tickets to be sold in advance, so get yours early! If tickets remain on the day of the event, they will only be sold online through the event website Sussex County Live Website or TicketWeb.


Absolutely no WALK-UP sales of individuals attempting to enter the venue on foot or outside of a car will be permitted. 

 

MAY WE COME AND GO FROM THE EVENT?

There are no in and out privileges. Once you’re parked in your space, barring an emergency, we’d prefer you stay, however if you do need to leave, please find a parking attendant to help guide you safely out of the venue. Re-entry is not permitted. 

WHAT IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE?

We encourage fans to arrive before the start of the show; however, if you arrive late, our parking attendants will direct you to a parking space as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind parking is filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you are late, you may not be able to park in your originally purchased section. 

ARE WE ALLOWED TO “LINE UP” PRIOR TO GATES OPENING?

Yes – cars are allowed to line up outside of the gate and traffic will only flow in one direction for both entry and exit. 

ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?

No. All tickets are General Admission and will not be assigned prior to arrival. Upon arrival, attendants will assign you a space and direct you for parking based on which section you purchased. 

WHAT KIND OF VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED?

Personal vehicles that fit into a standard parking space are allowed. Oversized vehicles are not permitted. Please note if your personal vehicle is lifted, or modified to above factory height and may block the view of others, you may be required to park in designated spots off to the side. This decision is at the sole discretion of the organizer and venue staff, and must be complied with. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. 

What types of vehicles ARE allowed in the Drive-in?
•    Standard Cars
•    Pickup trucks that can clear a 7' height
•    Minivans

 

Why types of vehicles ARE NOT allowed?
•    Sprinter vans
•    Winnebagos/RVs
•    Trucks
•    Bus
•    Any vehicle that is above 7' high

CAN I LEAVE THE HATCHBACK OF MY SUV OPEN?

Hatchbacks may be open, but must be kept no higher than the top of the vehicle to prevent blocking the view of those behind you. 

WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?

Yes. Portable restrooms will be made available. However, when walking to and from the restroom area, patrons MUST be wearing a mask at all times and practice social distancing. Restrooms will be sanitized in accordance with safety health guidelines. 

WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Yes. Merchandise will be available for sale at the event before and during the show

WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING EVENT?

Notify an event staff member, but if you have an emergency, please call 911 first. 

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Service animals are permitted, but pets are not allowed. 

ARE ADA ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE?

Yes, please review ticketing and choose an ADA accessible section ticket for your vehicle. 

LIABILITY

STR Entertainment, Blue Note Entertainment Group and JamFam Music Productions assume no responsibility of injury, situations beyond our control or property damage. Please use common courtesy so everyone may enjoy the show. Please follow all guidelines. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are gathered. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. People over the age of 65 and those with underlying medical conditions are considered high-risk. By attending any event at this Drive-In, you voluntarily assume ALL risks associated with COVID-19. Please follow social distancing, wash/sanitize your hands, and wear a mask to help protect yourself and others. Please stay home if you are experiencing fever, cough or other symptoms associated with COVID-19, as detailed by the Centers for Disease Control. Any patrons not adhering to the guidelines may be asked to leave at the sole discretion of the venue and its staff. The state of New Jersey has a CDC mask policy in effect, we will have a zero-tolerance policy on this, and no one not following the guidelines for masks, and social distancing will be asked to leave along with their party, without a refund.
